The app has stop working right can't view the booking when sent message keeps telling me to download app which I already hv

The app is for drivers but it doesnt tell you if your trailer is still on the ship or sat on the quay. Telling me its in Killingholme is great but when you get there and its still on board and you have to wait 2 hours for it. I could of just gone to the truck stop for my breakfast and gone to collect it later.
Completely pointless app if it can't be used to make new bookings. Stena freight bookings can't be made online on laptop either. Why? As well as that the app didn't send me a text to verify my Irish phone number. It did work with my French number. Again, why?
